I am owner of a cut and sew trim facility in the USA. I have an application for a lightweight disc magnet for the USA car market. Need small 15mm thin disc magnet with adhesive tape on one side. Also need the small metal disc to go with strong permanent magnet with adhesive on one side. Estimated annual usage is 1 million units of each per year, with volumes going as high as 5 million units per year. I need a cost and timing as quickly as you can provide.

But it's the weakest in magnetic force. Low price isn't everything, what’s the most important is that the material should suit your use.
Please inform us more application of your magnets, including how and where they are used, and what's the magnetic force they are expected to be, the max working temperature etc. So that we could suggest you the most suitable material and maybe can provide you with advice to save some costs...
By the way, I remember in the previous mail, you said the magnets should with the small metal disc on one side, and then with 3M 467 adhesive tape on the metal disc, right?
If yes, please inform us the exact material and thickness of the metal disc, and also send us the pictures of real samples if it's convenient

From your attached pictures, the magnet looks like neodymium magnet.
N35 is the most commonly grade of neodymium permanent magnetic material that we produce. And its price is more favorable than other grades. Hence, we suppose it might be your choice.
