Custom N50M Neodymium Arc Magnets Magnetized through Diameter N-S and S-N
Looking for Neodymium Permanent Magnet Segments with N-S & S-N Poles through Diameter:
I have a new need: arched magnets. By assembling these pieces, I'll make rings, like those I already ordered, but with the magnetization in the diameter instead of axial (please see enclosed drawing, the radius is represented instead of the diameter). Thus, 4 pieces (A=90°) might suffice for a ring but it depends to your possibilities on the technical point of view (A can be 60°, 180°, of course less is better for the assembling, but the price is a paramount parameter, of course!).
The "final" ring after the assembling will be of ***mm OD. For the ID it depends of your technology again, the lowest the better for me. The thickness (T) remains at ***mm and the grade again the highest the better N50M neodymium magnet is a good value, but any grade will do in this try/test phase of my application.
Please, let me know if you are able to make these arched permanent magnets and if it's the case please make a new quotation for them, enough to make 4 circles for example (depending of their unit price).

We will calculate the cost of arc magnets based on the same OD, ID and thickness as the permanent magnetic ring for your reference.
