I saw on your website that you can manufacture bonded NdFeB magnets . For small block shaped magnets (e.g. 3mmx12mmx50mm), are there any charges for mold?

I think BNP-8 or BNP-8H can work for our application. What is the difference between BNP and BNI?

The difference between BNP and BNI is the processing method.
BNP magnets are made through compression molding and BNI magnets made by injection molding.
Due to its high accuracy in size, the compression molded magnets may be formed into magnetic components of relatively complicated shapes. The injection molded magnets have a high mechanical strength and may be molded together with other matching parts.

We are currently designing and building a prototype machine. The quantity we require for now is very small.
If the mould cost is high, we may have to look at other options such as ferrite magnets or ceramic magnets.
