I need your support for a large project, the construction of 2 (wind) generators 20-25 kW with a diameter of 800mm.
I need a fairly large number of magnets. To know the exact number, I must know what sizes of magnets you make. The size of the pieces should be:
100mm in length (or 4 inches)
30mm in width (or 1 inch to 1 ¼ inches)
13mm (or ½ inch)
Permanent magnet will be magnetized through the thickness. (The North-South flows pass through the 13mm thickness). Two holes of diameter 5mm with a countersunk on each side
(For 90° drilled head screw-ISO 2009) and at about 20mm from both 30mm side will be necessary. In this configuration, about 200 magnets will be needed. Otherwise you can give me all your sizes available which are similar to the application. Grade N42, Nickel-Copper-Nickel 3 layer coated. Can you let me know what you have based on the data above and make an offer knowing that what your product does? Can I pay with Paypal?
