I am the designer of some new type of electronic motors, used in solar tracker that we produce. Our company now becomes the free green energy, deals with renewable energy (solar and wind power). For wind energy we are developing a new item with alternator 500w and 1000w with neodymium permanent magnets . 1.5 x 4.0 x 0.2mm oval
We need the gold plated, temperature is -10 – 45C for 3 years (under the room condition). The production processing will be 100 degree for 60 minutes once. We need the neodymium magnet force.

We are preparing for the manufacture of 40,000 motorcycles per year and now we need reliable sources for quality parts for both the motorcycles and the assembly equipment. They would be used in the manufacture of special sensors on the motorcycle as well as in testing equipment. The permanent magnet used in the testing equipment must be exactly the same as the magnets in the sensors or the readings will not be accurate enough and be very accurate in their strength. We need to start by seeing how consistent a batch would be and we would like a sample of 3 dozen magnets to test and compare with other sources for strength consistency, plating quality and dimensional accuracy. They will be destroyed in the testing process. We would then like to know what kind of pricing would be offered per 50k units.
