China Magnets for Flywheel AC Generator
China Neodymium Magnets, SmCo Permanent Magnets, China Magnetic Assembly

Hello, please I need some information about the possibility to make a small series of segment permanent magnets for a flywheel AC generator; I should replace the standard flywheel generator magnets (see picture) with new ones: they have different measures, but they should provide the same horizontal force of 15 N (see the pdf “drawing magnete specifico anello unico” and “drawing magnete specific tegolini”); it could be made with a single ring or a series of arcs; the most important thing is that the poles should be segmented as the original one, with a N-S-N-S-N-S-N-S internal orientation (see also the pdf “drawing original magnet”).
I’m looking for China magnet manufacturer who can custom such permanent magnet. Please let me know if is possible to make something like this (both disc and arcs solution) and the minimum quantity to make an order. Thanks a lot.

I don't quite clear about the smco permanent magnet you need. Is it a cylinder shaped magnet with D6x6mm hole on one flat face? SmCo magnet is fragile material. Thread hole is not workable on the magnet. Smooth hole is feasible.
What does it mean in the picture? What's the application of this permanent magnet?

It doesn't matter. Your photos are really helpful. Thank you! Actually it is a permanent magnetic assembly, not a single magnet. We produced this kind of product without the screw hole for a customer in Poland. It is an assembly of outer steel case + China alnico magnet+ brass in the bottom. Your product with screw hole can be customized as well.
The maximum working temperature of alnico permanent magnet is 500~550℃.
