Custom Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets
Looking for China Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets for Motors & Bearings:
I would like a quote to make the four sets of permanent magnets shown in the below drawings:
---fifty arc magnets (14mm inner radius; 24.5mm outer radius; 1mm thickness; 35.5* angle; grade N50 polarized through axial thickness; NdFeB; 4-50*C temperature; tight tolerancing; thin NiCuNi coating)
---ten ring magnets (41mm ID; 49mm OD; 1.2mm thickness; grade N48 polarized axially; NdFeB; 4-50*C temperature; tight tolerancing; thin NiCuNi coating)
---ten ring magnets (29.5mm ID; 35.5mm OD; 1.2mm thickness; grade N48 polarized axially; NdFeB; 4-50*C temperature; tight tolerancing; thin NiCuNi coating)
---ten ring magnets (27mm ID; 35mm OD; 1.2mm thickness; grade N48 polarized axially; NdFeB; 4-50*C temperature; tight tolerancing; thin NiCuNi coating)
The arc magnets are for a small motor, and the ring magnets are for magnetic bearings. We would like to have these in 3 to 5 weeks.

I am not a magnet expert so I would like your advice on choosing the right permanent magnet materials. I have attached an image containing the dimensions and some of the criteria I need. Please point me in the right direction so I can choose the best materials and best coating.
Here is what I need:
1- Magnets are as powerful as possible like sintered NdFeB magnet.
2- Magnets that are solid, that will not break too easily.
3- Magnets that resist de-magnetization at high heat.
The dimensions and quantities are specified on the drawings.

I am looking for neodymium arc magnets for a rotor (diameter = 10cm) of a Yamaha R1 (model 2004). I am interested in such magnets (half with North pole inside and half with South pole inside). The size I'm looking for is 3892 mm. I would like to ask if you ship those magnets to Greece. How much will it cost and how long will it take.
