Thanks a lot for the inquiry. Normally, we place the plastic spacer between neodymium magnets whose thickness exceeds 3mm. Your magnets are only with 1 to 1.5mm thick, they would be easy to separate with each other. You sure need the plastic spacer?

Can you please provide pricing with spacers and also without spacers on the 19 mm diameter permanent magnets? There would be no magnets required for the badge magnets.

In case any mistakes, I consult with our tech. dept. again. They say your magnets are very thin and may better to place the plastic spacers to avoid the breakage when separate them. So please find the quotation for magnets & magnetic name tags in attachment just as you request.

I am writing to you from Czech Republic. We are a main producer of medical disposable products in our country. Currently we are looking for a China supplier of permanent magnets with adhesive . Please find enclosed the specification of the magnets.
Material: Neodymium Magnet with NiCuNi (15-20micron) coating + Film 3M 467MP on North Side
Grade: Sintered Neodymium N35
Magnetized Direction: Thickness
Packaging: Operators wear gloves; Delivered in double plastic pouch closed; Labeling specify dimensions, grade, quantity and adhesive side (North).
I would like to ask you for your price quotation for these two types of magnets.

The size of your two drawings is exactly the same, the only differences is one with adhesive on South, another on North, right? For the package, our normal way is: magnets are wrapped with a plastic bag and then put into a small white box that with label of dimensions, grade and quantity. Then these small white boxes are fit in the carton. Is it okay for you?
