Please confirm if there is any difference in price if shipment is to be by air, and if you can handle air shipment or not, since rare earth permanent magnet is considered as Dangerous Goods and the International Air Transport Assoication’s (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) must be followed.

It is correct that our customer would like shipment by air, because our customer is very cautious about shipping by ocean freight as the neodymium magnets may all be scrap when they get to the destination due to the extreme heat they see while in the containers during transit. Please note shipments are to USA – Los Angeles and Chicago respectively, and our customer would like shipment ex-Hong Kong.
