Coating: No special requirement. Coat as for most commonly used with Neodymium iron boron magnets.

Change the Design:
I have finalized the drawing and attached it hereto. I have re-named the original magnet as TYPE 1 and have added TYPE 2 and TYPE 3, which are the same but with reversed polarity, for you to price.
On the Type 2 & Type 3 magnets there is a lower 5mm high portion with some holes in. This is required for fixing the magnet but does not have to be part of the magnet. If you have a better solution you may present it.
The grade is all the same, N48M. Please forward the quotation at your earliest convenience.

Therefore, their price is higher than that of Type 1.
