N35 Neodymium Disc Magnets or Countersunk Magnets with NiCuNi Coating

We also would like to get some magnets for holding an 8mm Allen key onto a machine.
What would you recommend?
I'm thinking that a magnet with good 3M Sticky would work or maybe a magnet with provision for a screw would be better.
Do you already have a design we can use with countersunk?
