N35SH & N35UH Neodymium Arc Magnets with High Working Temperature

We are manufacturing submersible motors for that we need Arc-shaped N35H type of permanent magnets.
I want extra precaution of increase in temperature. In my product, temperature goes up to 130°C. So I want a permanent magnet which can sustain up to 150C.
Currently we are facing problems of dimensional accuracy & magnet degradation with rise in temperature.
If you able to satisfy us with solution then I am sure that quantity will also increase.

Confirm Magnetized Direction:
As all the dimensions are shown in drawing for that you just need to follow the drawing. Inner & outer curve are important.
And also send quote for both N35SH &N35UH.
We want magnetization in radial direction.
It should be magnetized from the Inside Radius (r) through the Outside Radius (R). Strongest points are on the curved surfaces.
So first quote me both types of magnets, so that we can proceed forward.

However, sintered neodymium magnet is anisotropic material, so they cannot be magnetized through radial show as the picture on the left.
We can only magnetize them through diameter show as the picture on the right.
Only anisotropic magnetic material can be magnetized through radial, such as bonded NdFeB magnets.
Please kindly confirm again the magnetization direction.
