We are building motor in short term for which we will need *** magnets as I have specified.
In the medium-term, we will need an additional *** magnets approximately.
As I mentioned it is possible for us to substitude a single neodymium magnet with several shorter block magnets.

Yes, it is possible to subsitute a single block magnet with several shorter magnets, but we don't think it is necessary to do this, because we can provide the whole block for you.
Also, you'll need to glue the shorter magnets together, which will more or less bring influence to magnetic strength.
