N45SH Permanent Magnet 20160627
N45SH Permanent Magnet 20160627
Custom Neodymium Disc Magnets in Grade N45SH
Looking for N45SH Permanent Magnet:
I need your help, in another technical issue, regarding the long time performance of magnet (Material: 45SH, neodymium disc magnets, axial magnetized, coating: Nickel) under the following conditions.
Operation at temperatures close to 70oC for some hours (up to 10-hours) per day
Close and parallel to the magnet disc, at a distance of ***mm, there is a big steel sheet (dimensions > *** magnet Diameter), thickness of sheet is ***mm Material of Sheet ***mm galvanized steel DX51D per drawings as specified in
Please let us know if there will be any long time degradation, in performance and specs of magnet, when it operates at
conditions as described above?
Any help from your side, (sending us any available info, application notes, diagrams – charts of magnetic properties as function of distance, temperature, … long time degradation (if exists any), … ) will be highly appreciated.
Please let me know if you need any additional info or clarification about our application and magnet installation.
Neodymium Permanent Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
The maximum working temperature of N45SH material is 150°C.
Normally, if the actual operating temperature closes to or above the maximum working temperature of the magnet, the magnet will lose a portion of its magnetic strength.
It is estimated that there will be no obvious loss of magnetic strength when N45SH magnet work under 70°C for some hours per day.
However, the actual situation is subject to the testing in practice.
Your relevant dept. can test the ready made samples under the above mentioned conditions for reference.
N45SH Disc Magnets used in BOM (Bill of Material):
The magnet was created in our system, and is used in BOM (Bill of Material) of product. Your company is an approved source of supply for this magnet, and the first request - order of this magnet is scheduled.
My colleague will be in contact with you.
For another product (operating at different frequency) it is required a magnet, with following characteristics
Material: N45SH Neodymium Magnet
Form: Disc
Magnetization: axial
Coating: Nickel
Marking: A permanent indication of North Pole
Please let me know the cost.
Is there the possibility to prepare some such permanent magnet samples for our tests?
