Large Block NdFeB Magnet Made from Some Small Pieces Block Magnets
Client of N48H NdFeB China Magnet:
I’m looking for following permanent magnets , from South Africa. Material: NdFeB N48H
Coating: Epoxy
Magnetization: 50%N-S and 50% S-N
Segments This is one segment of the permanent magnetic assembly. 6 of these segments would make one full magnet, when the 6 segments are assembled.

Segment permanent magnet should with the detailed size of Outer diameter, Inner diameter, Angle and Length. By the way, you know that magnet belongs to the fragile material itself. And your design is very long but thin, such would be more easily to be broken during production. Anyway, I'll consult with our production dept. whether it's workable or not after getting your correct drawing.

Our neodymium magnets that we want don’t have any inner or outer diameter. It’s just a normal rectangular block permanent magnet segment. We have decided to make the lengths shorter and the segments bigger, so it can be easily produced and hope not to be too much fragile.

Okay, everything is clear now. And with shorter length 107.5mm and bigger width 8.79mm, I assume the magnets would be much better for production. By the way, please confirm whether each small block should be magnetized through 9mm, just as picture below:
By the way, as the sides of N pole and S pole are totally the same for block permanent magnets, so actually there's no such saying of "50% N-S, 50% S-N" for block magnets.
