N52 Permanent Magnets, N52 Large Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets

I added narrow surface size to the drawing, please see the modifed drawing which attached. 370 pieces order will use for the producing of the prototype machine. For the future, 3 or 4 times more quantities permanent magnets will be used as 4500 – 8000pcs / month due to in my last design, I increased the width of the machine from 300 mm to 1000 mm. I am looking for your new offer as soon as possibble. Thanks for all.
PS: In last modified design, the machine includes of 72 parallel lines in 1000 mm width and I put 200 mm width 5 neodymium iron boron magnets in per line so, (5 x 200 mm) x 72pcs = 360pcs. (10pcs spare) magnets is used in per machine. I don’t know your producing method and how calculate the cost of the magnets so, if magnets price will be go down when the neodymium magnets length increased and accordingly quantity decreased. I can also use 4 x 250 mm or 2 x 500 mm magnets in per line. Please optimize and inform me which length of the magnet is most suitable for the chipper price.

Generally speaking, the longest size we produce in N52 neodymium permanent material is around 100mm. 200mm is too long and we cannot sure whether it's workable or not yet. Our tech. dept. is working on it now. I'll try to reply you on next Monday. Please wait for a moment.

1. All you've mentioned is well noted, we'll just do as you request.
2. For your proposal "using 4 x 250 mm or 2 x 500mm neodymium iron boron magnets in per line", We're afraid it's not workable. 250mm and 500mm are too long and cannot be made in N52 material. Please kindly note.

If producing of the 200 mm length of the N52 neodymium magnet is hard work for you too, I don’t stand on 200 mm length. I can put in a line 10pcs x 100mm magnet. Please you don’t force yourself and technical team to produce 200 mm length. I attached the drawing of the 100mm magnet that only length and screw holes are changed. If this is beter solution for you and not more expensive for me please modify my neodymium iron boron magnet order from 200mm, 370pcs to 100mm, 730 pcs.
