We need price and lead time for neodymium magnets. Shape would be block. Measurements could be adjusted a couple of mm if you have anything standard similar. They would have to support min. 16kgs.

Neodymium magnets are classified into different grades according to the magnetic parameter. We can choose the grade for you as per the max working temperature and pulling force. Attached is the table of grades. Please kindly review it and choose a grade you need if possible.

I reviewed you previous mail and found that you mentioned the attracive force. We choose N52 permanent magnet, the strongest one for your reference.
Please kindly be noted that even though the block magnets is in Grade N52, the magnets can not attract weight of 16kgs, because the size is not big enough. Maybe you can adjust your design into a bigger one to reach the attractive force. Is it acceptable?
Please kindly check our quotation in attachment. The N52 33X10.5x4.5mm can attract 10kgs. However, the attractive force should be based on actual test.
