2. Please ask your engineers: how these magnets will work if the temperature will be - 20 degrees C
  Can you send us their magnetic characteristics within this cold condition?
3. Can you please try to reach the lower price for these magnets, since the budget of this project is very limited.

For your reference, temperature of -20 degree C will not affect the performance of neodymium magnets.
According to certain experiment done by other customers, low temperature might even strengthen the magnetism.
 
Enclosed please check a demagnetization curve of N52 permanent magnetic material.
Please kindly note that the parameters will vary from batch to batch, and the difference will be within the parameters specified in the grade list.
