N52 Permanent Magnet Cubes 20160510
Custom N52 Neodymium Cube Magnets with Black Epoxy Coating
N52 Permanent Magnets:
I am looking for N52 magnet cubes with epoxy coating.
Custom Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
We are experienced neodymium magnet manufacturer。
Quotation is in process.
We will get back to you later.
Epoxy or Ni Coating:
Epoxy used must be vacuum compatible. If you do not have access to this type of epoxy, then nickel plated is acceptable.
Neodymium Permanent Magnet Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
I have consulted our engineers. The magnets with black epoxy coating can be used in vacuum. Please do not worry. Please kindly check the quote below.
Material: Sintered NdFeB Magnets
Cubes, sizes as per drawing, N52, Black Epoxy coating, Magnetized through thickness
Unit Price: FCA Shanghai USD***/pc
As estimated gross weight of the above magnets exceeds ***kgs, we suggest to ship the magnets by sea or by air.
Could you please inform us the nearest seaport and airport from you? We will calculate the shipping cost for you.
Data Sheet:
May we have the data sheet for these neodymium magnets ?
1) We are looking for the force at contact or pulling 2 magnets apart.
2) What is the minimum and maximum force of these magnets? Tolerance for these standards?
3) What are the cube dimension standards? Tolerance?
4) What is the acceptable magnetized direction tolerance?
N52 Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
Commonly, dimension tolerance is ±0.1mm. If you have stricter requirements, please inform us. We will check if we can do the tolerance you need.
Theoratically, the pulling force of this cube magnets is *lbs. The maximum and minimum pull force are not fixed, which should be based on actual test or your application.
The pull force may be a bit different of each magnet, although they are made from the same batch of material.
In rare earth permanent magnets industry, all the pull force or magnetic strength should be based on actual test or application.
The tolerance of declination of magnetization direction is ±5°.
So it would be better for you to do some tests on the magnets.
