We need 36 large custom made NdFeB magnets as shown in the attachment. They must be constructed of N52 permanent magnet with NiCuNi, and in the form of a truncated pyramid with an angle of 20 degrees at the opposing pole faces. The inside radius for the base of the magnet measured from the apex of the pyramid is 85mm and the outside radius is 130mm. The unit thickness (or depth) is 50mm. These magnets must be magnetized across the 20 degree angle that is the through the sloping 45mm sides as shown on the sketch in the attachment. If you can supply these please let me know quoting full cost plus air transport to Dublin Ireland. The really important measurement is the 20 degree angle and the magnetization of the unit across the sloping angle faces. Segment or trapezoid shape will be suitable for the magnet along with the 50mm thickness and approximately 45mm height.
