We will check and process customer's feedbacks accordingly,
(a.) To provide replacements or refund if there is a short in quantity.
(b.) To provide replacements if the defective items can’t be used.
(c.) To offer a certain discount for the defective ones if they can still be used.
(d.) To refund for the defective ones if the buyer doesn't want replacements.
