We are looking at a supplier of SmCo5 type. We would be requiring around 20K to 30K units per month. Typical characteristics are as follows:
1) Shape & Size: cylinder shape as per requirement
2) High stability to opposing fields at higher temperatures 150 deg. centigrade
3) Surface Finish: Please advice on availability.
We would like to receive datasheets and 40~50 samples.

Specifications of the Required SmCo5 Magnets:
We have attached a drawing of 2 magnet shapes - a rectangular and a circular. We would like to request for samples each of SmCo22 and SmCo30M. Also please inform us the finish/plating you could provide. We will test and finalize the material for production.

Commonly, SmCo magnets do not need coating, because they have strong resistance to corrosion.
If you really need magnets with coating, we will quote based on NiCuNi plating, which is the commonest coating for magnets.
