I am based in the developing devices for moving samples inside vacuum systems.
The device is effectively a permanent magnetic coupling and I want to achieve the maximum coupling force I can. Some of the magnets are inside a high vacuum vessel so need to be corrosion resistant. The device also needs to be able to withstand high temperatures at times. This explains why I am looking at SmCo. Your SmCo30H looks the best option for its high BHmax and high Hci. Can you specify what tolerance you have? Are these typical values? What are the max and min values you can guarantee?

We are looking for a combination of high energy product and also high Hcj, as we are assembling these into Halbach arrays which will also have to withstand high temperatures (250C) at times. We are concerned about the potential for demagnetization, hence need for high Hcj too. The material spec for the YXG30H permanent magnet looks like it should fit the bill.
Do you supply complete magnet assemblies? The inner magnets will be assembled into a Halbach array, by gluing them onto a stainless steel shaft and then ground to a finished size.
