Y10 Ferrite Cylinder Magnets for Reed Switch

Look for Y30 Ferrite Cylinder Magnets:
 
I am looking for customize permanent magnet solutions. Do you provide?
Material: Y30 Ferrite Magnets   in cylinder form.
Surface flux density in a few options for us to test:
1.    850 +/- 50Gs
2.    750 +/- 50Gs
3.   650 +/- 50Gs
Is this something feasible?
We have estimate of 5-10k per month volume. I have less knowledge in magnets so appreciate if you can advice if the specification is possible or u can propose some changes...

The surface fields is the valued measured on the point of the surface of magnet.
It is not fixed. Normally, the surface field in discussion is the highest value.
For example, the highest surface fields of D3x4mm may be closed to 1000Gs.

Ask for Reducing Flux Density of the Magnets:
Ok noted, for the same size magnet, is it possible to reduce flux density? 1000Gs is too high. The reed switch will be always switched on.
My intent is to find out if the magnet of the same dimension can be controlled to a few flux density ranges for my testing...
