The surface fields of this magnet in grade Y10T is about 210~239 Gauss.
For production of the ferrite magnets and magnetization of multi-poles, molding and fixture are necessary to make firstly.
The molding consists of die, terrace die and die-set. The material of mould core is hard alloy steel and material of other parts is ordinary steel.
Generally, the service life period of the molding is about 2 years. We will be in charge of the maintenance regularly.
