Today, I was informed by our production team that the mold for these ferrite magnets has to be widened. When we produced the samples for you, we made an easy and simple tooling for the sample production. In that way, we did not need to modify the existing mold we have for similar sizes, which save time and cost. The easy and simple tooling is not applicable for bulk production. So when the technicians checked and want to modify the mold today, they found that the existing mold has become bigger for these years.
The magnet size has to be widened.
Also, the tolerances of this kind of magnets will be ±2%.
May I know if the size and tolerance are acceptable for you?
