Production method: prefer squeeze out, then cut the metal

After preliminary study of your picture, we think that your rectangular bar is made of magnets structured inside the steel cover.
For such magnetic assembly, could you please send us an engineering drawing to specify the inner magnet structure and size of the magnets, and the thickness of the steel cover?
Also we need to know the permanent magnetic materials and grade of the magnets inside.
If you can not provide the above information, please tell us the application of your bars, requirement in pull force and the surface magnetic flux.
Looking for Standard Magnets for Kids:
We need 100% steel. Not with steel cover. This is just standard magnet bar. All we do is, showing kids what magnet can do. It just need be able to leave each other, when “N” against “N”, can push each other away.
That’s all. It really doesn’t need be crazy strong. As long as it does those two things, we don’t care how much the pull force is.
