AlNiCo5 102x60x16mm Magnet with Stainless Steel

I wonder if you can make this alnico permanent magnet or if you have any proposal or have something similar to this. It is magnetized through length as shown in the figure. All that matters is that it is weak, but long with a force of about only 20 to 25 Newton. It should have an assembly with standard screw holes to hold it from above on its S pole. The N pole is off course opposite downwards.

What is the maximum length through which Alnico can be magnetized with a force of 20 Newton? We are looking for and needs the longest magnet possible as a priority.

Concerning alnico magnets 102x60x16mm, the lifting force 20 Newton should be no problem. But the actual lifting force is subject to testing in practice. We are unable to estimate it. The maximum length of alnico magnets can be magnetized is 200mm. About the assembly, I am not sure whether we can make it. Please let us know the information as below:
If the assembly should be mounted on the magnets, there should be two holes on the magnets.
1) What's the size of the holes (diameter and length)?
2) What's the distance between the center points of the 2 holes?
3) What's the distance from the edge to the center point of the closed hole?
Only I have these details, I can check with our technician whether we can make it.

Screw hole is D6x13mm. Distance between the centre points of the holes is 40mm and is 8mm from the edge.
