Are you able to produce these magnets from the material VX 145 S? Attached you will find a sketch of these magnets. We need approx. 1.500.000 magnets each (north / south) per year. I would appreciate if you could give me some support and more information about your possibilities.

Unfortunately I have no more deeper information regarding the grade of the permanent magnet material. I expect a grade like AlNiCo2. Actual I am in contact with our customer to get more information. If you choose Alnico material, it is much closer to grade as per the technical property on your drawing. Is it Alnico5 or Alnico2 permanent magnet? Please kindly confirm it.

Is it possible to get the magnets not magnetized and what would be the price? How could be the process to magnetize in the assembly process?
