Look for Crescent Shape Neodymium Magnets:
Crescent shape N52 and N42 permanent magnets
N top and S bottom
Design is simple: Make one circle, Copy circle on top, Move copy to the right, Move copy circle right until you have the wanted sizes between 1st and 2nd circle at mid point, then you have correct shape on the left for the magnet.
There need to be an up to ***mm flat edge on each point of crescent.
If it can be less that is advantageous
