I'm a design engineer at robotics products. We are looking for a source of custom permanent rare earth magnets with qty 10,000 this year up to as much as 1M by 2014. Please find the attached RFQ and do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

We are interested in moving forward with this quote. The next step will be to evaluate concave sample magnets from your factory. We would like qty 20 production samples of the "U magnets" at grade N52. Please arrange for our UPS shipping account (or other preferred shipping method) as well as any necessary payments. Thank you! We successfully received the "U Magnet" samples you sent. They seem to be favorable, and we are currently working with our injection molder to verify compatibility. We expect to be placing an order in the coming weeks. We are also interested in magnets for a different project. See attached RFQ.
Is the 20-25 day lead time for samples and also for an order of 100,000 magnets? I would like to move forward with this. I think we must make samples before placing a large order. Since we are placing these magnets into an injection mold, we should try some test shots. Also, I'd like to send some samples in for safety testing. But if we do a round of samples (~25 days) and then a qty: 100000pcs order (~25 days) it will be at least 50 days before we receive the order. Is there any way to speed it up? Perhaps we could commit to a qty: 100000pcs order and the samples could be the first few produced? Please let me know if you have an idea. I would like to make samples for the C magnet cut shape. Since we use 24 magnets in every product, may we order 200 samples instead of 50?
I can prepare a purchase order for 100000 concave neodymium magnets and send it to you tomorrow. Can you help me understand the timeline of when we could expect to receive the samples and the full order?
