Client of Ferrite Permanent Magnets for Actuator:
The application of this ferrite magnet is in an actuator, which revolves 360° in both directions (it is not a motor). The operating temperature of the actuator is between -40°C and 100°C (storage temperature up to 130° for short periods of time). Regarding the tolerances, the tolerances are not final and we would appreciate your help on defining them in details. The inner part of the magnet will be over molded, so tolerances are not so critical (diameter 9.5 mm and shape at this diameter). Attached is an updated drawing with more info about the magnetization. Could you also provide the magnetization curve? In case of any questions, please let me know.

We need to make a mould to manufacture the permanent magnet. So the exact sizes are needed. We suggest you finalize the size on drawing accordingly to your application. Is it possible?
