But, have you previously manufactured and supplied the specification of magnets same as our drawing’s specification?
Yes, we can supply material certificate and test report in English after production finishes.

We manufactured similar large ferrite ring magnets, but not in the exact sizes you request, so molding will be needed.
But for the last two small ones, we once produced them, so molding is unnecessary.

The quotation is based on FCA shanghai not FOB shanghai.
We can provide Certificate of origin for bulk order.
According to our technician's confirmation, samples can be made without making molding. Molding is necessary to make prior to bulk production.
The total sample fees US$*** excluding shipping cost.
For the dent marker, we will mark white dot on South Pole face as identification by instead.
As for the production process, ferrite is produced by iron oxide combined with strontium, through Pre-sintering, Smashing, Powdering, Pressing, Sintering and Jet milling.
Permanent Magnets with Marking:
Please make diamond drill for identification for samples as well, because if anything different from the drawings, our customer never approve our magnets samples (just wasting time and money)
Please confirm that all price for samples for 20pcs each and lead time
