I demand 2 types of permanent magnets , could you manufacture them?
Item 1:
I want to order neodymium disc magnets, size is D1/2"x1/8". I need it to be encapsulated into a triangle plastic or blister packaging. These magnets will be affixed to clothing & not be removable for washing & drying. Do you foresee any problem with these magnets VS detergents or heat from the dryer? I was not sure if the dryer temperatures would be hot enough to affect the magnetization.
Item 2:
I have seen online neodymium rare earth magnets that seem to be half way encapsulated in steel or other metal. These magnets also have an adhesive tape attached to back. Could you do a custom engraving of logo? Could you affix the adhesives? These magnets may be affixed to phone or electronics cases. Will the magnetization affect current electronics? I have read that there is a way to construct magnets in such a way that the magnetization is directional. Is this a possibility for such an item as described above so that the magnet does not affect the electronics?
