Looking for N52 or N50M Disc Magnets with Radius Edge for Component
Looking for Neodymium Disc Magnets :
We are plastic products manufacturer in China and looking for N52 disc magnet.
Could you supply high temperature resistant magnet?

The maximum operating temperature of N52 grade is 80℃. Please advise other grade if you need the magnet with good resistance to higher temperature. How about the quantity?

Our last quotation was for Zn coated magnets. Here is the price of Ni-Cu-Ni coated magnets. Ni-Cu-Ni is a triple layer coating of Nickel-Copper-Nickel, which is better and higher than Zn. The samples charge is the same as that of Zn coated ones.
Technical Questions:
We have some technical question.
Firstly, the disc magnets are placed to inside of metal part, and then the metal part connected to silicone component by over molding with high temperature. We assume the magnets will loss gauss. Can you re-gauss the magnet with an integrated unit?
N50M Neodymium Permanent Magnets :
Actually, the weakened magnets can not be re-magnetized to strengthen their magnetism.
How about using other grade with higher operating temperature? Like N50M with 100 ℃ maximum operating temperature, N48H with 120 ℃ maximum operating temperature.
Magnetize Magnetic Component:
Could we make the integrated component with non-magnetized magnet firstly? And then magnetize the magnet?
Magnetic Assembly Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited :
We can supply non-magnetized disc magnets. However, I am not sure whether we can magnetize the whole part after assembling. Please could you provide a drawing with dimensions of the whole part? Maybe I need to check with our related department.
