I need the following permanent magnet custom made:
Material: Neodymium NdFeB
Grade: N52
Magnetization: through thickness
Dimension: as per drawing (all four edges beveled at 45 degrees) with one #8 countersunk hole from center on diagonal. Countersunk hole is located on north face.

Specific Requiements of the Custom NdFeB Magnets :

Pieces assembled/epoxied into a cube with all outer surfaces magnetized for north polarization. The center piece that the magnets are epoxied could be a cube of plastic.
There also can be a plastic outer housing that helps hold the assembly together if need be or maybe a hard clear epoxy coating even better.
How much would it be to deliver two assembled cubes to start with?

What are the largest ring magnets that you carry in stock?
I’m looking for something like 200mm diameter or maybe larger.
