Custom Neodymium Magnets Used for Alignment when Mounting

I have attached a preliminary drawing of neodymium magnet I need to have made. I have problems here in the US custom such a nose shaped permanent magnet. The notches on the top and bottom, as I have learned, it needs to be removed do to causing stress points causing magnet to break. These were used for alignment when mounting. Another style of notching could be employed. The other dimensions are very critical. The offset elliptical ends are the main concern. The coating would be standard nickel. Grade 0f N50 or better.

Best email I have gotten in along time. Thank you for your help. This magnet is in pair with a second magnet. The arc face on each end of this magnet has a close tolerance with the second magnet. What I'm getting to is that the arc segment dimension, placement and alignment to the body of this magnet is highly critical. Could you please check with your technicians to verify that the offset elliptical segment as defined in my submitted drawing is what they are used. If your technician did change the arc faces I need to know the particular design and dimensions used.
The tolerance that you indicated in your drawing are fine, I can re-engineer to compensate for that. Is the .100 notch on the bottom edge still there? Once we can get this all verified I will send you the drawing for the second permanent magnet. Is it possible to get some kind of marking or indicator on each piece as to which end is north?
I have never work with a magnet manufacturer from China before so my next question is about how we go about the shipping. Do you have any experience on how this is worked out? If so would please be willing to help me out with this?
