Custom Magnets according to Client’s Design & Drawings

We developed our permanent product design to next level. We are planed to do a prototyping for our two products. For this we require 16 custom neodymium magnets with gold colored is required. Please find the attachment for drawing.
Requirements:
8Nos NS (Strength as same as old)
8Nos SN (Strength as same as old)
8Nos NS (4 paired magnets should hold 350Gms)
8Nos SN (4 paired magnets should hold 350Gms)
All above should be gold plated. I hope this is clear from my side. If you have any doubt please feel free to ask. Send a detailed quotation for this above requirements with all split downs.

At this stage this product status is under development as per the customers’ feedback. This will be the last design. And this product is going to hit a very big volume soon. And we required 8pcs in N38 permanent neodymium magnets and 8pcs in N52 . In this each grade, 4 should be NS and 4 should be SN. I hope it is clear. And send me the quotation with out gold plating also.

Thanks for your patient waiting. Sorry, according to our tech. department, this new design cannot be made by N52 permanent magnetic material. And, we happened to find a N38 magnet in the similar size with yours, and tested that it could satisfy your magnetic force requirement. So, we kindly suggest still make 16pcs N38 samples. As I've mentioned in previous mail, our common gold plating is NiCuNi + gold. We have do this coating for another customer before, thickness is NiCuNi (10-12 um), Gold (0.2-0.3um). This customer expressed high satisfication when received our products.
Do you have any special demands of the coating thickness? If not, we'll do just like this, is it Okay? By the way, attached is a more detailed drawing made by our tech. dept., please kindly confirm whether it is the exact you need.

Ok please do 16pcs in N38 itself. Make sure that field strength should satisfy our requirement. Do gold plating as per your standard specifications. We don’t have any demands on plating. Attached drawing is perfect, please go with that. Send me the paypal link for this as soon as possible. I will make the payment by Monday.
