Influence of Magnetic Flux and Dimensional Tolerance of Neodymium Magnets on Elevator Tractors

Magnetic flux consistency means that the magnetic flux between magnets with the same performances and the same dimensions should be in a certain range. Magnetic flux consistency of neodymium magnets in the same motor and magnetic flux consistency of magnets of the same batch are commonly required.
With higher magnetic flux consistency, the same motor produces less noise and work more stable. Tolerance of ±2% is often required. But with higher magnetic flux consistency, cost is also higher.
1. Residual magnetism, coercive force, intrinsic coercive force, and dimension are closely related to magnetic flux.
2. Magnetic flux consistency is higher in the same sintered furnace and in the batch.
3. With higher dimensional precision and better dimensional consistency, magnetic flux of permanent magnets is also higher. Motor magnets & elevator magnets requiring high magnetic flux consistency are usually cut by thick lines and grind to guarantee consistency between precision and dimension.

Dimensional tolerance refers to tolerance of reasonable dimensions and relative range.
1. With higher dimensional consistency, magnetic flux consistency of permanent magnets in the same batch is better.
2. Neodymium arc magnets of tractors are often precisely cut by the same radius to reduce process cost. But magnets requiring high magnetic flux consistency and arc magnets can use thick line cut and forming grinding to control dimension precision and improve dimensional consistency.
3. The bigger volume of the products, the more difficult precise processing will be.
