We produce water color pens, whiteboard markers, permanent markers, highlighters and etc. Currently, we are looking for the ferrite magnet with the size of 3 (Thickness) x 22 (Ø) mm for our whiteboard eraser.
The required magnetic gauss is over 1000 GS and each permanent magnet must withstand for at least 330g. Could you send us your samples as well as your best quotation?

Could you please confirm the magnetic gauss for Y30? We would need around 1000 GS and each magnet could withstand at least 330g. Could you supply Y35 permanent magnet?

It is estimated that the strong magnetism face of the magnets with multi-poles is around 1000 ~1100 Gs.
However, the actual surface fields (Gauss value) and the holding strength should be tested on the finished magnets.

Custom Magnets:
We don't have ready-made samples in stock. Firstly, I need to check with our related departments whether we have suitable material for producing samples. We can make 8pcs samples of Y30 and Y35 for you. However, the shipping cost US$*** to your address should be on your expenses. The production time is about 10~12 working days.
