C5 & Y30 Ferrite Arc Magnets for DC Motor

Ferrite Arc Magnets for Permanent Magnet Motors:
We are looking for magnet for DC (BLDC) ceiling fan motor.

You supply arc magnets, 8pcs will be fitted in the ring. I attached the drawing. You can see the Inner Diameter of mild steel ring where magnet fitted in circle, Outer radius of magnet, Inner radius of magnet, Magnet height & thickness.

Material: Neodymium Magnets or Ferrite Magnets
Grade: Like N35, C5

Magnet Application:
We know only that it is use in 12 volt dc ceiling fan 56 inch. In our opinion it will be
1. Material: Permanent ferrite magnet C5 (Y30).
2. Magnetization direction: 8 no's magnet fitted in mild steel ring.
a) Four of them magnetized through inner diameter S, Outer N
b) Four of them magnetized through inner diameter N, Outer S
5. Size: As per drawing
6. Quote both conditions with magnetized and non-magnetized condition. If non-magnetized than you will provide complete procedure & tools for magnetization.
