Physical Performance:
In actual manufacturing process of ferrite magnets, due to physical performance, raw materials with excellent performance sometimes cannot produce ferrite permanent magnets with good performance and micro structure. Performance of listed magnets includes average particle sizes (APS), specific surface area (SSA) and apparent density (AD). Because iron oxide covers about 70% of dosing of manganese zinc magnets, APS has great impact on APS of ferrite magnetic powder. Commonly, if APS of iron oxide is low, APS of magnetic powder will low as well. This can accelerate chemical reaction. APS should not be low, because small particles are not fit for pressing, sintering and crystallizing. Apparently, if APS of oxide iron are too big, in pre-sintering process, diffusion reaction of spinel can solely process, which will increase aviation energy in sintering process and are not good for solid-phase reaction.
