Flexible NdFeB or Ferrite Permanent Magnet 20170719
Looking for Flexible Permanent Magnet Manufacturer:
I am looking for NdFeB, anisotropic, flexible magnet, minimum pull strength of 70g/cm2, considering between 1.0mm-1.5mm thickness, need PVC backing with capabilities of temperatures up to 70℃. Could you tell me what you have in those thicknesses and what the pull strength would be? I will be cutting them in shapes of ***X***mm.
Flexible Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
Please check the following quotation:
Material: Flexible NdFeB Magnets
Pulling Strength: 70g/cm2
Size: *** x *** x 1.5mm
Surface Treatment: with PVC
Multi-poles on one Side
FCA Shanghai USD***/pc
As mentioned in your inquiry, you need PVC backing with capabilities of temperatures up to 70℃. Could you please advice how long will be PVC or the magnet be exposed to 70℃ consecutively?
Working Temperatures:
Most of the time, the magnet will be at room temperature. There will be periods, probably last 15 minutes every hour, where the max temp may be reached.
Is the thickness of the NdFeB 1.5mm, required to achieve 70g/cm2?
We need to find a more economical option. The customer will not pay this much. I would like to consider the costs of:
1.5mm NdFeB isotropic.
1.0mm NdFeB isotropic/anisotropic
Also, what is the max pull I can from a ferrite flexible permanent magnet of 1.5mm that you could produce?
Flexible NdFeB Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
Yes, the thickness of 1.5mm is able to achieve 70g/cm2.
The price of 1mm neodymium rubber magnets will be the same as the price of 1.5mm thickness.
Please check the following ferrite flexible magnet quote:
Material: Ferrite Rubber Magnet, Other specifications are the same
USD***/pc
Pulling Strength:
Is 70g/cm2 the max pull for 1.5mm NdFeB flexible magnet? That seems low. Is it anisotropic?
What would the pull strength of 2.0mm NdFeB magnet? Would the price be the same?
Flexible Ferrite Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
First, 70g/m is the minimum pulling strength.
The pulling strength shall only be tested when the magnets are finished.
Second, there is no anisotropic or isotropic for NdFeB flexible permanent magnets.
The terms of anisotropic and isotropic are only for ferrite flexible magnets.
