Custom Magnetic Assembly with Neodymium Permanent Magnets and Iron Parts
Looking for Halbach Magnet Assembly:
These are Hallbach arrays. I need them charged and glued to plates that we will supply.

Regarding your enquiry of the magnets, what will be the magnetization orientation of the arc magnets?
Across diameter, 50% N-S and 50% S-N?
Inquire Neodymium Arc Magnets with Halbach Arrays:
These are Halbach arrays. So, if you numbered the magnets like a clock around the arc, every other magnet would be magnetized through the thickness.
#1 would be N-S
#3 would be S-N
#5 would be N-S
#7 would be S-N
…and on and on that way.
For the even numbered magnets between the magnets above, they are magnetized 90 degrees to the odd ones above, so that magnetic flux runs along the arc and not through it.
#2 would be N-S through the arc
#4 would be S-N through the arc
#6 would be N-S through the arc
#8 would be S-N though the arc
When #1-#8 get assembled, they form a halbach array.
These neodymium magnets are symmetrical. So, for manufacturing purposes, I think it is simple.
HALF of the magnets are magnetized through the thickness, and
HALF of the magnets are magnetized through the arc length.
The orientation of the N-S poles will be organized when the magnets are glued to the back iron.
Is this clear?
We would like a price for the magnetized magnets, with N and S marked.
We would also like a price for the magnets glued to back iron (we will supply the back iron).

Will use a construction epoxy such as 330 Loctite when completed
Fully assembled stator array (require two plates), 124 magnet pieces on one side of one plate
Stator magnets
We require 248 of these shapes
124 are magnetized tangentially (i.e., circumferentially), and 124 are magnetized along the axis
Fully assembled rotor array (require two sides – one plate), require 120 magnet pie sections on each side
Rotor Magnets
We require 240 of these shapes
120 are magnetized tangentially (i.e., circumferentially), and 124 are magnetized along the axis
