Neodymium Permanent Magnets for Motors
In recent years, permanent magnet motors replace the traditional old motor products gradually with the development of science and technology. Magnets used for motor products are mostly arc shaped neodymium magnets (NdFeB magnets). The potential magnetic performance of neodymium magnet is ultra high, and they can even attract and hold the equivalent of a heavy weight of 640 times of their own weight. The deficiency of NdFeB permanent magnetic material is its temperature performance is not good enough. Using at a high temperature, the magnetic loss of neodymium magnet is relatively bigger. The maximum working temperature of NdFeB material is relatively low. Generally, it is just 80 degrees Celsius. However, after special processing, the highest operating temperature of certain NdFeB material can reach 200 degrees Celsius.
