Ferrite Ring Magnets
Injection molding ferrite magnets are composed of ferrite magnetic powder and resin (PA6/PA12/PA66/PPS) and formed by injection molding.

Property
Their magnetizations include axial monopole magnetization, diameter multi-poles magnetization or composite magnetization of axial and diameter. As indispensable signal source and constant magnetic source for precision micro motors and automated industry, they have incomparable advantages and cannot be replaced by other magnets with clean and bright appearance, precise dimensions, excellent consistence, stable performance, good impact resistance. Also, they can be complicated and need no subsequent process.
Application
Ferrite ring magnets are mainly applied to sensors, automated equipment, permanent magnet DC motors, axial fan, frequency-change air conditioners and instrument motors.
Injection molding magnets are superior to traditional sintered magnets, for their production techniques are easy and efficient, which can be injection molded with various kinds of metal inserts and can improve quality and save cost. For example, if a floor fan whose power is between 45W and 55W uses injection molding products, power of the fan can be declined to 10W-25W. It greatly decreases energy consumption and promotes the requirements of noise reduction and energy conservation put forward by government.
