Injection Molding Magnetic Tile
It can be applied to various kinds of mini motors, such as 030, 031, 032, and 050, etc. It has high magnetic flux and radial magnetization direction, which is not easy to be broken. For some mini motors requesting certain voltage, it can be turned on with low turn-on voltage.
Magnetic Core of Laser Printer
With integrated molding technology, high oriented filament, good monopole uniformity, the products now has reached the level of similar international products. So far, the mass-produced models include Q1505, Q2612, Q5949, Q7115 and Q505. Also, we can develop new products according to customers’ drawings.
Sensor Magnets
They are used in majority of diversified adjusted motors, household appliance motors, OA equipments and air cylinders. The minimum pole pitch is 1.5mm of ABS hydraulic pressure.
Rotor Magnets
They are mainly used in directed brushless motors, such as air conditioner, household electric appliance, synchronous motors and couplers. They can be injection molded with axle.
