Looking for Magnet Assembly for Shoes:
I have encountered a new assembly including permanent magnets which I believe is very easy to use and practical. We have created the 3D models of 2 different designs(attached). We expect you to comment on the producibility and the econimic wise feasibility of all designs. If possible please quote for 1000EA.

Do you all build magnet assemblies? Can you please quote the attached permanent magnet fixture? This drawing shows one of the “strips” of magnets that we are looking for. The magnets are 3” thick also. Each strip is 24” long. We would like 2 of these strips mounted on a steel plate with a spacing of 6.5 inches between the strips. We would like to use 50MGO neodymium. Maybe 0.25 inches thick for the steel plate backing is okay. We don’t care about adhesive. We just want to make sure the magnets stick to the steel plate!
11000 magnets, 2" by 2" by 0.75" thick, magnetized in Hallbach array, for a linear maglev track Please use N52 permanent magnet.

We are very interested in purchasing these neodymium magnets from you but we would like to have the magnets assembled on 1 meter pieces of steel before shipment. Is this something you can do? I attached a drawing to help explain. We would like 1-meter segments consisting of two 20-permanent magnet rows separated by 1" steel in the center and 1" steel on the outsides of the rows. If possible to assemble, could you please update the price and shipment schedule for the 1-meter sections? We would like to purchase 80-100 meters (3200-4000 magnets).
(1)The material of steel plate: A3 Steel or Stainless steel or other material?
A3 is fine.
(2)The dimensions of the base steel plate (L x W x H)
1000mm x 225mm x 20mm
(3)The dimensions of the separated steel plate (L x W x H)
Three pieces 1000mm x 25mm x 20mm
(4)The installation method of magnets to Steel plates: By glue?
Glue is fine.
To repeat, permanent magnets are 50mm by 50 mm by 20 mm thick, magnetized through the 20 mm dimension, and alternating the N - S configuration.
