Looking for permanent magnet, holder, cover plate and catch plate for Luxury Kitchens:
I am responsible is bespoke luxury kitchens.
We buy neodymium magnet, holder, cover and strike plate in 3 parts individually bagged as below:
The finished size is *mm long x *mm wide x *mm high and have a pull weight of 5kgs. We buy them in polished chrome finish.
We have recently added a leather embossed strip to the strike plate to lessen the noise when closing. See image.
Is this something you can offer? If yes, what is your lead time, order quantity?

2. Since the magnet you need is with counter sink holes, could you please send us an engineering drawing with detailed dimensions and tolerances?
3. Please also provide the following information of your magnet:
Grade of Neodymium Magnet Material: N45? N48? N52? Or????
Size: Please send us a drawing
Upon your confirmation of the above information, we will give you quotation as soon as possible.
And we can produce samples for you to test first.
Actual Magnet Samples:
Would it be best if I send you our magnet and cover plates by courier?
This way you can test etc so we have no misunderstanding for bulk manufacture.

They must be of best / 1st quality only. I would prefer to pay a little extra for perfection.

We were having a little trouble finding a suitable leather supplier. I have requested the purchase dept to search for a qualified supplier of leather with reasonable price, and will inform you if there is any news.
Leather Materials:
I would be open to a good quality synthetic material that has proven longevity if this helps.
The mid grey color is very important however.
