Instructions:
1. Please softly place the cutter on steel pipes in case that wheel would deform due to collision. Also, you should hold the handles and start cutting.
2. When the cutter is cutting, you should stop the car and move the reverser if you want to change direction. Please do not directly change the direction in case of damage on electric components and mechanical parts.
3. Before cutting, you should adjust oxygen pressure, acetylene pressure, cutting speed and angle of grooves. Please point oxygen-acetylene prepared flame at cut mouth. Then you can open oxygen valve and start cutting. Finishing cutting, you can close oxygen and acetylene valve and cut off electricity.
Maintenance:
1. When using cutter, you should remove and clean dirt, such as iron filings, that often cling to wheels, with brush.
2. You should clean iron filings and rust with wire brush. Please do not cut the steel pipe with wet paint in case that paint will cling to wheels and lower the magnetic absorption force.
3. When cutting, you should pay attention to oxygen-acetylene pipe and power line, avoiding dropping off and damage of the cutter.
4. After cutting, you should place the cutter on magnetic protective plate in a dry place in case the wheel would become rusty and demagnetized.
5. If the magnetic wheels demagnetizes after a year of use, you can dissemble the wheel groups and magnetize it again.
6. During process of using, you can uncover the left and right lids and adjust left and right trays in order to guarantee quality.
